Andrew Belleson was like a lot of high school
athletes in that he was looking forward to
continuing to excel in his sport and possibly
get a college scholarship. This all came
crashing down on him in July 2004 when he was
diagnosed with a
meniscal tear. Despite a lot
of exercise and physical therapy his knee just
did not really improve. When he showed up in
March 2005 at Caring Medical he really wanted to
end his high school
baseball career playing
baseball; not sitting on the bench. When he was
healthy, he pitched and was the first baseman on
the Glenbard East High School Varsity baseball
team.
Andrew received
Prolotherapy to his knee on 3/8/05. The
response was so good that he decided to add his
left shoulder and left elbow (in addition to his
right knee) to the Prolotherapy needles on
3/15/05. When he came back on 4/8/05 he was 70%
improved in his throwing arm and elbow and his
knee was 90% better. He did not come back for
any more treatments because he was too busy
hitting home runs and playing first base for his team. He
had a phenomenal senior year and plans to play
college ball.
Andrew is a good example of just how quickly
Prolotherapy can work in athletes. Prolotherapy
can also be used during the season. Andrew was
treated during his baseball season and responded
quickly. Why shouldn't he respond quickly. The
kid is 18 years old, 210 pounds and is 6 feet 3
inches tall. He is a tank. I wouldn't want to
pitch against him. He ended the season with 6
home runs and was outstanding at first base. He
had an awesome season. There are a lot of
Andrews out there that won't have awesome
seasons unless someone tells them about
Prolotherapy. What someone should tell them is
that no matter how bad the pain you can always
Prolo Your Pain and Sports Injuries Away!
Another great fact to them is that Prolotherapy
stimulates the body to repair painful areas.
Once the area is repaired the persons athletic
potential is limitless. In Andrew's case it
involved hitting home runs and leading his team
to a great season. What is your potential?

There is no known cure for arthritis.
Prolotherapy and nutritional
supplements can help alleviate, reverse, or end arthritic pain by
treating an underlying cause that contributes to degenerative disease,
ligament laxity. Strengthening ligaments and other connective tissue can
help prevent bone on bone arthritis from developing.
